*Contest Terms
- Only researchers attending the ASHG 2026 Annual Meeting are eligible for the giveaway.
- Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
- One winner will be selected at 3 pm on Oct 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. Winners will be notified by a phone call or email. You do not need to be present to win, but you may pick up the device at the DeNovix Booth (1123) once you have confirmed that you can receive the prize.
- Entries will roll over to the following days (e.g., an attendee that enters on Oct 21st but does not win will still be in the drawing for the 22nd and 23rd). Attendees may only enter using one email address.
- Must work for or be associated with a laboratory whose primary focus is research
- Winning contestant is responsible for ensuring compliance with any rules or regulations of their institution that may impact their ability to accept the prize.
- Contest winner agrees to allow DeNovix use of their name, institution name, and photographs / videos in marketing content
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and DeNovix shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the initial selection process. If a winner rejects the prize, is unable to accept, or breaches these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and DeNovix will be entitled to select another winner.
