DeNovix CellDrop™ Reusable Slide
The CellDrop Automated Cell Counter does not require the use of any disposable or reusable slides. The DeNovix CellDrop Reusable Slide is an optional accessory where the sample requires containment or transfer from a hood. DeNovix Reusable Slides may be used for both fluorescence and brightfield cell applications.
Directions for Use
- Place a clean DeNovix Reusable Slide Coverslip carefully on top of the DeNovix Reusable Slide. Use only the provided coverslip with the DeNovix Reusable Slide.
- Place the pipette into the space between slide and coverslip at the edge of the chamber and load 10 µL of cell suspension.
- Inspect the chamber to ensure that the sample loaded evenly in the chamber.
- Count the sample using the “Slide Mode” Protocol Setting on the CellDrop Automated Cell Counter.
Cleaning

Rinse the DeNovix Reusable Slide and Coverslip with water followed by 70% ethanol.

Dry gently and thoroughly with a clean laboratory wipe before loading next sample.

For storage, wrap in lens paper and store in original container.
Tips for Care of Slide and Coverslips
❌ Do not soak in solvents.
❌ Do not sonicate or autoclave.
❌ Avoid applying excessive pressure to slide or coverslip.
