Return Policy for United States Customers

1. Thirty-Day Guarantee. Within 30 calendar days of receipt, if Customer is not satisfied with the performance of any instrument, Customer may return the instrument to DeNovix for a full refund. 
2. Fourteen-Day Guarantee. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if Customer is not satisfied with the performance of any DeNovix pipette product, Customer may return the pipette to DeNovix for a full refund. Pipette must be in new or ‘like-new’ condition.
3. Consumables and reagents are not eligible for return.
4. Contact DeNovix for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) via techsupport@denovix.com 
5. Return freight is the responsibility of the Customer.
