DeNovix quantification assays offer the greatest dynamic range and sensitivity available for fluorescence measurements of dsDNA. DeNovix assays with user selected excitation sources are included in DeNovix EasyApps™ software for DS-11 FX and QFX instruments. Users of Thermo Fisher Qubit™ fluorometers can also take advantage of the improved performance of DeNovix assays. Below are protocols and downloadable assay files (.qbt) for Thermo Fisher Qubit™ fluorometers. Note that due to limitations of their optical systems, Thermo Fisher’s Qubit™ instruments cannot be used for DeNovix Broad Range assays.
