Three New CellDrop FLxi Count Applications

The CellDrop FLxi Automated Cell Counter now includes three new applications pre-configured for:

Stem Cells
Stem Cells

The Stem Cells App uses AO/PI to count live stem cells via green fluorescence (AO) and red fluorescence (PI) to count dead stem cells.

Yeast Vitality
Yeast Vitality

The Yeast Vitality App uses green fluorescent images to count enzymatically active yeast cells and brightfield images to count non-fluorescent dormant yeast cells.

Apoptosis
Apoptosis

The Apoptosis app detects and classifies cells undergoing the various stages of apoptosis in brightfield and dual fluorescence channels. Fluorescence is detected in green and/or red channels in the Apoptosis app when cells are stained with the photostable Annexin V conjugate CF®488A and/or Propidium Iodide (PI).
