Automating organoid and spheroid counting has, until now, been difficult due to their inherent complexity.

The new CellDrop Organoids Application streamlines organoid and spheroid counting, offering a significant improvement in efficiency and accuracy compared to existing manual methods. Using DeNovix’s advanced machine learning algorithms, it automates detection and quantification, providing precise data on Organoid count, size distribution, and density.

In addition, dissociated cells are also counted and reported for quality control of samples. This user-friendly tool reduces manual labor and human error, accelerating research in developmental biology, disease modeling, and drug discovery.
