QFX Fluorometer Introduction

The QFX Fluorometer uses 4 fluorescent channels to measure the concentration of nucleic acids and protein, which increases its versatility.

The system is open for a wide range of fluorophores and assays—many of the common ones are already pre-programmed, but it’s easy to add new ones too.

It takes just 2 seconds for each measurement!

When combined with DeNovix fluorescence quantification assays, the QFX offers the widest dynamic range for dsDNA and RNA quantification available.

These convenient mix-and-measure assays are used to create a two point standard curve on the device, and then samples of unknown concentration can be measured against the curve.

Since assays are specific for the analyte under investigation, the quantification is highly specific without interference from contaminants.
