Counting Isolated Nuclei on a CellDrop

Isolating nuclei is critical for a number of workflows, including ATAC-sequencing, RNA-sequencing, and a variety of others. To ensure successful results in downstream applications, it’s important to have accurate counts of your nuclei and understand how much debris is in your sample.
